What It Costs

Website Design and SEO Pricing

Every price on this page is the real price. Each program pairs a new website, launched in days, with six months of Fuel, the local search work that gets it found. Hosting is included while Fuel runs.

The Programs

Website Design and SEO Programs Built to One Standard

Every site ships fully optimized for Google and AI search, and every program runs Fuel for at least six months. What changes is how much of your market the program is built to cover.

Built for Google Search and AI Answers

Google now surfaces AI-generated answers at the top of results for a growing number of searches, pulling content from websites it finds credible, well-structured, and authoritative. Every page we build includes proper schema markup, structured FAQ content, clear service and location signals, and the technical foundation that gives your pages the best chance of appearing in those results.

We follow current search and AI-visibility best practices and build your pages to earn qualified visibility in the most relevant results they can reach. No provider can guarantee a specific ranking position or inclusion in an AI-generated answer, and we will not claim otherwise.

Market exclusivity is offered only where Fire and Cloud has no competing site in your trade and area, and it is confirmed in writing before you sign.

The Launch-Day Guarantee

Your launch day is booked when you sign. If your site is not live on that day for a reason on our side, your first month of Fuel is free. The clock starts when your setup form is complete, so missing information from your side moves the date rather than triggering the guarantee.

What the Same Work Costs In-House

The median wage for a marketing specialist in the Jacksonville area is $76,740 a year, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That is about $38,370 for six months before benefits, and the hire would still need a web developer. The first six months of Flame Authority cost $10,000, website included.

Veterans and First Responders

Businesses at least 51 percent owned by a veteran, a service member, or a first responder get 15 percent off the build and the first Fuel term. See the program for veterans and service members or for first responders.

Why Area Pages Beat Ranking for the City Alone

Ranking for paver installation in Jacksonville means competing with every paving company in the city at once. The searches that actually turn into work are narrower than that.

Someone in Riverside looks for a paver contractor in Riverside. Someone in Ponte Vedra Beach looks for one there. Arlington, Southside, the North Side and Jacksonville Beach each behave like their own market, with their own competitors and far fewer of them.

An area service page is one service in one of those places: paver installation in Riverside, paver installation in Arlington, paver installation in Ponte Vedra Beach. Each page can earn a ranking of its own instead of asking one city page to carry all of them.

This only works where you already do the work. A page for an area you have never served is a doorway page, and search engines have been demoting those for years. The areas on your site come from the areas on your job list.

Fuel is $1,250 per month on both programs and runs for at least six months, then month to month until you cancel. Your first Fuel month is charged at checkout, and hosting is included for as long as Fuel runs. If you stop Fuel, hosting continues at $30 per month or $330 per year.

Your build list is confirmed in writing before anything is built, and it is sized to the services you sell and the areas you work in. Pages added after that list is set are $250 each, quoted and approved first, and the program price does not change. There is no page count to reach and none to fill.

Hosting and Care

Hosting and Website Care After Fuel

Hosting is included for as long as Fuel runs, and Fuel covers up to an hour of minor site updates each month. If you stop Fuel, hosting continues at $30 per month or $330 per year, and a Care Plan is how changes still go live without an invoice every time.

Website Care Plan, 3 Months

$600

Three months of care on top of your hosting. One blog post written and published for you, one additional page built, up to 30 minutes of content edits each month, uptime and form monitoring, and a short monthly summary of what changed.

Send a new phone number, updated hours, a staff change, or fresh job photos and they go live. No hourly invoice, no waiting for a quote on a five-minute edit.

For sites we built that are no longer on Fuel. Added to your hosting subscription.

Website Care Plan, 6 Months

$1,080, save $120

Six months of care at $180 a month instead of $200. Two blog posts, two additional pages, up to 30 minutes of content edits each month, four Google Business Profile posts and a search visibility report each quarter, uptime and form monitoring, and a monthly summary.

The longer term also carries four Google Business Profile posts each quarter and a quarterly report on what your site is ranking for, so you can see whether the new pages are earning anything.

For sites we built that are no longer on Fuel. Added to your hosting subscription.

A site that stays current earns more trust than one that quietly goes stale, which is why most clients keep a Care Plan running. Edit time does not roll over month to month, and anything larger than a content edit is quoted and approved before work begins. Hosting bills automatically until you cancel, and your site stays online through the period you paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Moving From Another Platform

Leave the Drag-and-Drop Builder Behind and Keep Every Ranking You Earned

Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress got you online. Moving to a hand-coded site is how you get found, load faster than the companies you compete with, and stop paying for plugins to do what should already be built in.

We rebuild your site on our own system at the program prices published above, and the move across is part of the build rather than a line item on top of it.

Your copy and your photos come with you. Every old page address is mapped to its new one with a 301 redirect, so search engines follow your pages to the new site instead of losing them, and the authority those pages already carry stays attached to the right place.

Most owners land a tier higher than they expect, and for a good reason: a builder site tends to bury five services on one page. Split into a page each, those services can rank on their own. Tell us what you do and where you do it, and we will tell you which program covers it.

See What Your Site Would Look Like Rebuilt

What Hand-Coded Buys You That a Template Cannot

  • Speed you can measure. No theme bloat and no plugin stack, so pages clear Core Web Vitals instead of scraping past them. Faster pages hold more of the people who land on them.
  • Markup search engines can read. Schema, headings, and internal links are written by hand for your services and your areas, not generated by whatever the template decided.
  • Nothing to maintain. No plugin updates, no version conflicts, no security patch to chase on a Friday night. There is no dashboard to break.
  • Fixed prices and published timelines. We can commit to the numbers above because we own the build system end to end. That is also why every site we support runs on it.
Local SEO

Fuel: $1,250 Per Month

Fuel is the local search work that runs every month after your site launches. It comes with every build for at least six months, because the website is only half of what it takes to be found.

What Fuel covers each month

  • Technical monitoring and Search Console review
  • Google Business Profile optimization and four posts a month
  • Citation review and correction
  • A review-request process your team can actually run
  • Two substantial content assets a month
  • Competitor and ranking review
  • Local and industry link outreach
  • One strategy call a month, plus an hour of minor site updates

How the six months work

Billed monthly from the day you check out, with hosting included for as long as it runs. Six months is the shortest run that produces a result worth judging, because rankings, citations, and content authority do not move in four weeks.

Every month you get a strategy call and a report that ties rankings, traffic, and actual calls and forms together, so Fuel is judged on results rather than a task list.

After six months it continues month to month until you cancel.

Restart Fuel on a Site We Built

New builds start Fuel in the program checkout above. This button is for clients whose site we built and who are returning to Fuel. Subject to our terms of service.

Other Services

Ember and Business Profile Pricing

Two services priced outside the programs. The starting price is published here, and the final number is confirmed on a strategy call before any work begins.

Ember: Lead Follow-Up

$750 setup + $250/month

This is the follow-up system that runs on top of your website. The work is documented across two pages, lead generation systems and business automation, because the problems they solve are different. The price is unified, so you compare one number instead of two.

A tracking phone number comes with the system rather than as a separate purchase. We host the number, forward it to the line you already answer, and report the monthly call count next to your form submissions, so you can see how many calls the website is actually producing.

  • Audit of your current lead sources and the points where follow-up breaks down
  • Lead capture form design wired to the pages that actually get traffic
  • Missed-call text-back and an automated first response
  • Follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, and internal notifications
  • CRM setup or cleanup on the stack we support
  • Intake and appointment workflows
  • Tracking phone number, hosted and forwarded, with call counts in your reporting
  • Testing at launch and monthly monitoring after it goes live

The base price covers one website, one business phone number, one lead pipeline, and one calendar. Additional locations, phone numbers, pipelines, and integrations are quoted separately and approved before anything is built.

Priced during a consultation rather than at checkout, because what the install takes depends on what you already have running.

Google Business Profile Optimization

$300 per location

A business whose listing is not showing up in the map pack usually gets movement faster from a proper profile optimization than from anything else. Each location is its own profile and its own work, so each is priced separately.

  • Full audit of the existing profile
  • Category, service, and description rewrite
  • Photo strategy and initial upload
  • Review response setup and templates
  • Products, services, and attributes completed properly
  • Hours and service area checked against the rest of your listings

You create and verify the profile with Google, since verification is tied to your business and your mail. We take it from there. Choose how many locations at checkout. Program clients already have this inside Fuel, along with monthly posts and monitoring.

Getting Started

How a Fire and Cloud Website Build Starts

Five steps from reading this page to a published site. There is no proposal to wait on, because the plan is already published above.

1

Compare the programs

What each program covers, what it costs, and how long the build takes are all on this page. Pick by how much of your market you need the site to reach.

2

Pay for the program that fits

Checkout runs on Stripe. Pay for the build in full or in two payments, and your first month of Fuel starts the same day with hosting included.

3

Complete your setup form

Checkout takes you straight to your setup form: your services, your service area, hours, photos, license numbers, and where leads should go. The same link arrives by email, so you can finish it later. Your launch window starts the day it is complete.

4

We build the site

Keyword research, page structure, copy, schema, and the build itself, while Fuel starts on your Business Profile and listings. Your site launches within 5 or 10 business days of a complete setup form, on the day booked when you signed.

5

You review, the site goes live, and Fuel keeps working

You get two revision rounds. On the split option the balance clears at launch, the site is published to your domain, and Fuel continues every month.

Common Questions

Common Questions from Business Owners Comparing Website Pricing

Can I split the payment instead of paying all at once?

The website build can be split in two. On Flame Authority that is $1,300 now and $1,300 at launch, and on Blaze the Market $2,600 now and $2,600 at launch. Splitting adds $100 and $200 to the build, which is what carrying the balance costs us.

The second payment is charged to the same card at launch, before your site is published to your domain. Your first month of Fuel is charged at checkout either way.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs are yours: software subscriptions, ad spend, domain registration, and phone or text services. Any tool your build needs is named before work starts, so it is not a surprise afterward.

The build itself is bounded by the build list confirmed in writing before anything starts. Pages added after that are $250 each, quoted and approved first, and the program price does not change.

How long does a typical build take?

Flame Authority launches within 5 business days and Blaze the Market within 10, counted from the day your setup form is complete. Our recent launches have taken 2 to 3 days.

Your launch day is booked when you sign. If we miss it for a reason on our side, your first month of Fuel is free. The clock starts when the form is complete, because missing information is the one thing that can hold a build.

Why is Fuel required with every build?

A new website gives search engines something worth ranking, and Fuel is the work that gets it ranked: your Google Business Profile, listings, reviews, new content, and local links. A site launched without that work tends to sit where it launched.

Six months is the shortest run that produces a result worth judging, because rankings and local authority do not move in four weeks. After six months Fuel continues month to month until you cancel.

What happens to hosting and site changes after launch?

Hosting is included for as long as Fuel runs, and Fuel covers up to an hour of minor site updates each month. If you stop Fuel, hosting continues at $30 per month or $330 per year.

Sites no longer on Fuel can add a Website Care Plan in three-month or six-month blocks, so changes still go live without an hourly invoice.

I already have a site on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. What is the best move?

Rebuild it on our system at the program prices on this page, with the migration included rather than charged on top. Your copy and photos come across, and every old page address is mapped to its new one with a 301 redirect so search engines follow your pages instead of dropping them.

Hand-coded pages let us control schema, heading structure, internal linking, and load speed directly, which is where local rankings are won. Fuel then builds on that foundation from the week you launch.

Do you offer a discount for veterans or first responders?

Yes. Businesses at least 51 percent owned by a veteran, a service member, or a first responder get 15 percent off the build and the first Fuel term. Eligibility is confirmed before checkout, and you receive a single-use code to enter on the payment page.

See the program for veterans and first responders
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Nonprofits are handled through a separate program rather than a discount on these programs. The Spark Program builds one free website each quarter for a nonprofit, church, or community organization in real need, funded by paid client work. Costs, eligibility, and the application are on the Spark Program page.
