Program for First Responders

Website Design for First Responder-Owned Businesses

Plenty of firefighters, deputies, and paramedics run a company on their days off or build one after retirement. If you own one, your website build and your first term of Fuel, our monthly local SEO program, are 15 percent off.

A Website That Works the Shifts You Cannot

A shift schedule leaves little room for answering every inquiry, updating the site, or keeping a Business Profile active. Buyers still search at all hours, and the company that shows up and looks established is usually the one that gets the call.

This program takes 15 percent off the build and the first Fuel term for businesses owned by first responders, active or retired. Your new site goes live in days, fully optimized for Google and AI search, and Fuel keeps your profile, listings, reviews, and content moving while you are on duty.

The work, the booked launch day, and the reporting are the same for every client. Only the price of the first term changes.

What the First Responder Discount Covers

Both website programs, Flame Authority and Blaze the Market, qualify, along with the first term of Fuel that runs with them.

Included in the 15 percent

  • The website build, paid in full or in two payments
  • Your first six months of Fuel on the standard signup
  • Your first twelve months of Fuel when you choose a twelve-month first term
  • Hosting while Fuel runs, which Fuel already includes

Billed at the standard rate

  • Fuel renewals once your first term is complete
  • Hosting and Website Care Plans after you stop Fuel
  • A second discount or promotion, apart from the savings for paying the build in full
  • Ember, Business Profile optimization, and other services bought on their own

Program prices are on the pricing page. The discount is taken from those prices at checkout, and the program terms are part of our terms of service.

Who Counts as a First Responder for This Program

At least 51 percent of the business must be owned by one or more people in these groups, active or retired.

Law enforcement

  • Police officers and sheriff's deputies
  • State troopers and highway patrol officers
  • Corrections officers
  • Federal law enforcement agents

Fire and rescue

  • Career firefighters
  • Volunteer firefighters
  • Retired firefighters

Emergency medical and dispatch

  • EMTs and paramedics
  • 911 and emergency dispatchers

We confirm ownership from your Florida Sunbiz filing or your state's business record. If you co-own the company, it qualifies when the first responder holds at least 51 percent.

How the First Responder Discount Works

Tell Us About the Business

Send the eligibility form with your business, your ownership share, and your role. Leave ID numbers and photos out of it.

Verify on a Quick Call

Show one credential on a video call or in person. We confirm we saw it and do not copy, photograph, or store it, and the call fits around your shift.

Receive a Single-Use Code

Your code is set to the first term you picked and emailed to you. Enter it on the secure Stripe payment page and the reduced price appears before you pay.

Pay and Complete Your Setup Form

Checkout takes you directly to the setup form, and a copy of the link lands in your inbox. Your launch window starts when the form is complete.

Credentials we accept

  • A current agency or department ID
  • A retired officer, firefighter, or agency credential
  • A volunteer fire department ID or membership card
  • A state EMT or paramedic certification card
  • A dispatch center ID or state telecommunicator certification

One is enough. If you hold something different, bring it to the call and you will get an answer before you hang up.

Common Questions

Common Questions from First Responder Business Owners

Which first responders qualify for the discount?

Police officers, sheriff's deputies, troopers, corrections officers, federal agents, career and volunteer firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and 911 dispatchers, whether active or retired. The business must be at least 51 percent owned by someone in one of those roles.

Do retired first responders qualify?

Yes. Retired officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and dispatchers qualify on the same terms as those still serving. A retired credential is accepted as proof.

How do you verify that I am a first responder?

You show one credential, such as a department ID or EMS certification card, on a short video call or in person. We view it and never copy, photograph, or keep it.

How long does the first responder discount last?

It covers the website build and your first Fuel term: six months on the standard signup, or twelve months if you commit to twelve. Fuel bills at the standard rate from its first renewal onward.

Can I use the discount if my business is outside Florida?

Yes. Fire and Cloud builds sites for businesses nationwide, and verification happens over video, so where you are based does not affect eligibility.

Does the discount combine with other offers?

You keep the savings for paying the build in full. It does not stack with any other promotion or discount.
