How We Got Here
Fire and Cloud Consulting LLC was founded in 2020 with a straightforward goal: help small businesses stop losing revenue to technology gaps they did not have time to close.
We started building websites and digital systems one project at a time, learning what actually worked in the real world versus what looked good in a proposal. That turned into a body of work across more than a dozen completed projects for businesses across Florida, spanning website builds, local SEO, business process automation, and operations consulting.
The clients were not all from the same industry or the same city. Some were local contractors in Northeast Florida. Others were growing companies in different parts of the state. A few were businesses we worked with entirely remotely from day one. What they had in common was that they were doing good work and not getting the visibility or the systems they needed to grow. We helped fix that, and most of them are still with us.
We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and we work with businesses locally, statewide, and across the country. The work is the same regardless of where you are: practical systems, honest recommendations, and real accountability for the outcome.
Guided Through the Digital Wilderness
The name is intentional. In the biblical account, the Israelites were guided through an unmapped wilderness by a pillar of cloud during the day and a pillar of fire at night. They could not see the full path ahead, but they were never without direction.
That is the role we try to fill for small business owners. The digital landscape is not simple, and it does not stand still. Most business owners are not struggling because they lack ambition. They are struggling because they are running their operation and managing their online presence at the same time, without the background to do either one fully.
We guide you through it with a clear plan and honest execution. One step at a time, in the right direction.
What We Are Actually Trying to Do
The mission is not complicated. We want to help businesses generate more qualified leads and build the capacity to handle a larger workload without proportionally more time or overhead.
Better websites. Stronger search visibility in the markets that matter to you. Systems that follow up automatically and do not require someone to babysit them.
When those things work, the business owner gets their time back and their revenue goes up. That outcome matters to us beyond the invoice.

From the beginning, working with nonprofits has been part of what we do. Not as a marketing angle, but because the cause genuinely matters to us.
We work with nonprofits to help them build their online presence, reach more people, and stretch what they can do with limited resources. The same tools that help a business generate leads can help a nonprofit reach donors, recruit volunteers, and communicate their mission more effectively.
